????在慢性疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中,損傷組織微環(huán)境中多種細(xì)胞(免疫細(xì)胞、基質(zhì)細(xì)胞、組織干細(xì)胞、內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞等)、可溶性分子(細(xì)胞因子、生長(zhǎng)因子、代謝產(chǎn)物等)、細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)、pH值和氧濃度等均處于動(dòng)態(tài)變化,并交互調(diào)控影響疾病的病理進(jìn)程。本研究組重點(diǎn)研究慢性疾病組織微環(huán)境的特征和功能調(diào)控:
????1. 疾病組織微環(huán)境中組織干細(xì)胞演變特性和形成機(jī)制:重點(diǎn)研究慢性疾?。ǚ逝?、腫瘤、自身免疫病等)組織微環(huán)境中組織干細(xì)胞的識(shí)別和演變特征,明確決定組織干細(xì)胞特性演變的關(guān)鍵機(jī)制,揭示疾病微環(huán)境中組織干細(xì)胞對(duì)相關(guān)疾病的調(diào)控作用和機(jī)制;
????2. 疾病組織微環(huán)境中免疫細(xì)胞動(dòng)態(tài)演變機(jī)制與慢性疾病治療:重點(diǎn)研究疾病組織微環(huán)境中髓系細(xì)胞(如巨噬細(xì)胞、中性粒細(xì)胞等)的動(dòng)態(tài)演變機(jī)制,及其調(diào)控在多種慢性疾?。ǚ逝旨捌湎嚓P(guān)胰島素抵抗、腫瘤、自身免疫病等)治療中的應(yīng)用潛能;
