研究內(nèi)容

  皮膚干細(xì)胞是皮膚生長發(fā)育/穩(wěn)態(tài)維護/創(chuàng)傷修復(fù)的基礎(chǔ),其功能紊亂與脫發(fā)癥、難愈創(chuàng)傷、皮膚癌等多種皮膚疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。本研究組致力闡明皮膚干細(xì)胞的命運調(diào)控與病變的分子機制,并以此為基礎(chǔ)探索其在皮膚疾病創(chuàng)傷治療/美容保健/組織工程中的應(yīng)用。
